Mrs. Globman grew up in the Bronx in New York. After earning her master’s in English literature and education, her path followed a storied career, taking her to Israel to teach at Bar Ilan and Hebrew University, and then back to New York to teach at City University. After moving to the Philadelphia area, she took jobs teaching high school English and arts and crafts for many years at Torah Academy (the former at Kosloff Torah Academy and the latter at Caskey Torah Academy back when both schools were known simply as Torah Academy). She also organized and directed P’TACH in the Greater Philadelphia day schools since before some of our teachers were born!

Mrs. Globman joined CTA as an OROT teacher in 2015. She is fairly fluent in American Sign Language and has even interpreted secular and kodesh classes at Politz Bais Yaakov for many years.
