Morah Miriam has always enjoyed working with children. Transmitting the love of Hashem, Torah, Yiddishkeit, and our glorious mesorah has been her passion for the approximately thirty-five years that she has been teaching kindergarten limudei kodesh.

Morah Miriam has taught in various schools throughout her career, including Tiferes Elimelech, Brooklyn; YRSRH-Beuer’s, Washington Heights; and, of course, CTA. She has also tutored students in Judaic studies who are not yet in a Jewish school.

Morah Miriam has a BS in Education from Brooklyn College, MA in Guidance and Counseling from Long Island University, and Hebrew Teacher Certification from Teacher’s Institute for Women. She feels a great sense of pride and hakaras hatov to Hashem for the zechus of educating generations of Jewish children, instilling in them the love of learning, as well as helping them grow in their emotional and social well-being.
