Born in Israel, Avital Mentel worked at Perelman Jewish Day School for nine years. After her tenure at Perelman, Morah Avital turned to the restaurant business, owning and operating a restaurant for eight years before returning to her first love and joining CTA in 2019 as the ECP Chalav u’Dvash teacher. She loves working with children and seeing their joy and excitement as they learn Hebrew.
