About

Marnie Narboni was born and raised in Center City, Philadelphia. After earning  a BA in German Language and Literature and Journalism from NYU, Marnie traveled to Israel to see the land and study in yeshiva. She was so moved by this experience that she felt a deep desire to contribute to the Jewish people in the most meaningful way she could. Thus began her teaching career.

Morah Marnie has been teaching at CTA since 2007. She loves her students and deeply appreciates working closely with all the excellent teachers and administrators at CTA.  Marnie is proud to teach 4Y Kodesh and to share her love and passion for Judaism with the children.

Morah Marnie wrote and illustrated a book about Judaism and animals based on personal experiences in Venice, CA. She also wrote a book and a school program that she presents at CTA called “Simchah in Israel.” Morah Marnie’s YouTube channel, Morah Marnie’s Torah Time, is a fun way for yeladim to learn the parsha anytime.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, writing, drawing, exploring, and teaching adults about their Jewish heritage. To that end, she founded a company called Jewish Heritage Journeys, which teaches young people and adults about their heritage.
