About
Moira Kuo is a language arts teacher in the middle school. Prior to CTA, she taught high school English and creative writing, as well as ESL, first-year writing, and literature at several local universities. She studied English at the University of Pennsylvania and has a master’s in education with a reading specialist certification from St. Joseph's University and an MFA in fiction from Rutgers University in Newark. Upon entering the school, she enjoys telling her students that “the door itself makes no promises. It is only a door.”
